@usataro1999 真面目な話、あの声明が出た以上、私はこの問題は裁判になった方がよいと思っています。あれが多くの学会で賛同されたら呉座氏は論文発表の場も失うでしょう。学界「村八分」ですね。かといって、勤務先の処分を裁判で争うことも難しいでしょうが、日本歴史学協会なら相手として丁度よさそうです。

@usataro1999 私は法務の仕事をずっとやっていて、裁判を何度も経験しています。弁護士との付き合いも多く、その私から見てうさたろうさんには「法的感覚が欠けているから」と書きました。これも倫理的非難ではなく、名誉棄損の裁判例を知らない等の単なる事実の指摘です。
