『御成敗式目』に「御家人の娘が京都の貴族や中下級官人に嫁ぐことは珍しくなかった（鈴木芳道「鎌倉時代の公武婚」）」とあるが（p137）、鈴木論文は『鷹陵史学』30号（2004）所収。率直に言って内容は少し雑。今でもこの論文くらいしかないのかなあ。
