RT このあたりも政治学の人の感覚は分からんなあ。裁判に負けそうだったら、早めに和解して組織の傷を小さく抑えるというのがむしろ当たり前だと思うが。ま、それだと責任問題になるので普通はできないだろうけど、組織のトップに大局を見られる人がいれば、方針変更自体は容易だよね。
