丸森町の国道349号線沿いは阿武隈川が福島県全体で集めた水が漏斗状になって宮城県に流れ込む場所。「やしまや」も何度も水害にあって、相当高い位置に移っているのだけれど、それでも浸水とは。www.kahoku.co.jp/tohokunews/201… @kahoku_shimpoさんから
