鵜飼秀徳『仏教抹殺』で、松本藩・戸田光則の明治政府に対する願書の冒頭「民心頑固、加之仏教侵淫、……」中の「加之」に著者は「これにくわえ」とフリ仮名を振っているが(p104)、普通は「しかのみならず」と読むのではないか。
