『朝日日本歴史人物事典』には「死の1カ月前生祠(気仙沼市・五十鈴神社内)に祀られた。産業の生神は稀有」と書いてあるそうだけど、確かに稀有。神社マニアの私でも他に同種の神社を見たことがない。

気仙沼市の五十鈴神社の摂社に猪狩神社というのがあって、祭神が猪狩新兵衛という地元の経済人なのだけれど、この人は生前に神様になっているらしくて、こういうメンタリティが今一つ分らない。 blog.goo.ne.jp/daikanjin/e/48…
